TokTok Rush — Privacy Policy

TokTok Rush ("the game", "the app") is published by NemoDroid ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what information the game collects, why, who receives it, and what choices you have. Questions or requests: nemonegm@gmail.com.
1. Summary
- You can play without an account. Your progress is saved on your phone.
- If you want to cash out coins, you sign in with Google and give us payout details so we can pay you.
- The game shows ads (Google AdMob) and sells optional items through Google Play.
- We do not sell your personal information.
2. Information we collect

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera data.
3. How we use it
- To run the game and save your progress.
- To let you sign in, send cash-out requests, and see their status (waiting, paid or rejected).
- To pay you by mobile wallet or InstaPay, and to return coins if a request is rejected.
- To show ads and to process the purchases you make.
- To detect and prevent cheating, fraud and abuse.
4. Who receives your information
- Google (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, AdMob and Google Play) processes information on our behalf and for its own purposes as described in Google's Privacy Policy.
- Our payment team sees your cash-out requests in order to pay them.
- We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights and users from fraud.
- We do not sell your personal information.
5. How long we keep it
- Game progress stays on your phone until you clear the game's data or uninstall it.
- Cash-out requests and related account details are kept as long as needed to pay you and to meet our accounting and fraud-prevention needs, then deleted.
6. Your choices and rights
- Sign out at any time in Settings.
- Access, correct or delete your information by emailing nemonegm@gmail.com from the Google account you used. We will reply within a reasonable time.
- Ads: you can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of personalised ads, in your phone's Google settings.
- Depending on where you live (for example Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law, or the GDPR in the European Union) you may also have the right to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to use these rights.
7. Children
The game is for people aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 18, use cash-out only with the permission of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Security
Information travels over encrypted connections. Access rules make sure each player can see only their own cash-out requests. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the game.

١. ملخص
- تستطيع اللعب دون حساب. يُحفظ تقدّمك على هاتفك.
- إذا أردت سحب عملاتك كمال، تسجّل الدخول بحساب جوجل وتعطينا بيانات الدفع لنحوّل لك المبلغ.
- تعرض اللعبة إعلانات (Google AdMob) وتبيع عناصر اختيارية عبر Google Play.
- نحن لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية.

لا نجمع موقعك الجغرافي أو جهات اتصالك أو صورك أو بيانات الميكروفون أو الكاميرا.
٣. كيف نستخدمها
- لتشغيل اللعبة وحفظ تقدّمك.
- لتسجيل دخولك وإرسال طلبات السحب ومتابعة حالتها (في الانتظار، تم التحويل أو مرفوض).
- للتحويل إليك عبر محفظة الموبايل أو إنستاباي، ولإرجاع العملات إذا رُفض الطلب.
- لعرض الإعلانات ومعالجة مشترياتك.
- لاكتشاف الغش والاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام ومنعها.
٤. من يستلم معلوماتك
- جوجل (Firebase Authentication وCloud Firestore وAdMob وGoogle Play) تعالج المعلومات نيابةً عنا ولأغراضها الخاصة كما في سياسة خصوصية جوجل.
- فريق الدفع لدينا يرى طلبات السحب لكي يحوّل لك المبلغ.
- قد نفصح عن معلومات إذا أوجب القانون ذلك، أو لحماية حقوقنا ومستخدمينا من الاحتيال.
- لا نبيع معلوماتك الشخصية.
٥. مدة الاحتفاظ بها
- يبقى تقدّم اللعبة على هاتفك حتى تمسح بيانات اللعبة أو تحذفها.
- نحتفظ بطلبات السحب وبيانات الحساب المتعلقة بها للمدة اللازمة للتحويل إليك ولاحتياجات المحاسبة ومنع الاحتيال، ثم نحذفها.
٦. خياراتك وحقوقك
- سجّل الخروج في أي وقت من الإعدادات.
- للاطلاع على معلوماتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها راسلنا على nemonegm@gmail.com من حساب جوجل الذي استخدمته، وسنردّ خلال مدة معقولة.
- الإعلانات: يمكنك إعادة ضبط معرّف الإعلانات أو حذفه، وإيقاف الإعلانات المخصصة، من إعدادات جوجل في هاتفك.
- حسب مكان إقامتك (مثل قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية المصري أو اللائحة الأوروبية GDPR) قد تكون لك أيضًا حقوق الاعتراض على بعض أنواع المعالجة أو تقييدها. تواصل معنا لممارستها.
٧. الأطفال
اللعبة لمن أعمارهم 13 سنة فأكثر. لا نجمع عن قصد معلومات شخصية من أطفال دون 13 سنة. إذا كان عمرك أقل من 18 سنة فاستخدم السحب بموافقة أحد والديك أو وصيّك. وإذا ظننت أن طفلًا دون 13 سنة أعطانا معلومات شخصية فتواصل معنا وسنحذفها.
٨. الأمان
تنتقل المعلومات عبر اتصالات مشفّرة. وتضمن قواعد الوصول أن يرى كل لاعب طلبات السحب الخاصة به فقط. لا يوجد نظام آمن تمامًا، لذلك لا نستطيع ضمان أمان مطلق.
٩. تغييرات هذه السياسة
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة فسنحدّث التاريخ أعلاه، وفي التغييرات المهمة سنخبرك داخل اللعبة.
